There are many types of White Glove Delivery, but in essence, it means that meticulous care will be taken with your purchase from delivery to set-up and clean-up.

What is the cost of White Glove Service?

If there is a charge, you will be notified at your time of purchase; usually dependent upon the delivery location and items you are purchasing. Store pick-up is also available.


When will my purchase be delivered?

After purchase, you will be contacted within 1 week for scheduling purposes. You’ll be provided with optional days of the week along with a morning/afternoon window. If there's a conflict, no worries—many customers receive their purchase faster when they don't need to align to our delivery schedule.

 

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No, you do not! As long as we can access your yard or porch without going through the interior of your home, you do not have to be on-site for delivery. Just let us know where you'd like your new furniture arranged prior to delivery. Make sure the location is clear of any other furniture. We are unable to return without a charge to rearrange furniture.


Is there any assembly I have to do?

Absolutely no assembly required. Our team will unpack and set up your new furniture in its final location. No tools required! Plus, we will inspect all your new items for damage or defects prior to leaving your location.


How will you communicate my delivery?

Based on the day/time you selected, we will text or call you when we are on our way; along with approximate arrival time.


Where do you place my items upon arrival?

We will place your purchase(s) where you specify at scheduling or upon arrival, depending if you are present. Please note: the location needs to be cleared prior to our arrival.


Do you inspect and test items for functionality?

The team will inspect your items for any damage and we stand behind our products! Should there be any damage, our delivery team will take photos and make notes of any issues. The item will be repaired or replaced as determined by the manufacturer. If your purchase included an item like an umbrella or fire pit, we will test for functionality and show you how to use it. Please note for fire pits: we do not provide the propane tank and we are not licensed to connect to natural gas.

 
Do you haul away old patio furniture?

Currently, we are not able to remove your older pieces, nor move them from their current placement.
